I don’t know how many people read what I write, but about 11 days ago I pointed out that Bush was boning us once again. Now, thanks to The Bruce Blog, we can see and hear environmentalist (and former actor) Robert Redford talk about one of these tidbits which is close to his heart in detail:
Bruce says:
Robert Redford, of the National Resources Defense Council, has been on a campaign to stop Bush’s plan to lease 360,000 acres of pristine wilderness in eastern Utah. Bush has been driving this through in the final days of his administration. The Bureau of Land Management originally tried to hide this from the National Park Service, as parcels of this land sit right next to national parks. Watch Redford talk about this and then click the link below to sign the petition to help stop this.
Sign the NRDC’s petition which will be sent to the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, and to their Utah state office as well. Click HERE to sign.

Don’t just sit there. We can do something about this. Yes WE can.
