Once again Bush makes an ass of himself by inappropriately offering to shake the hand of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.  A journalist in the third row stood up and threw his two shoes, one after the other, at Bush–missing him–and shouting that this was Bush’s farewell and called Bush “a dog”.
