I am so thoroughly disgusted and disheartened by our elected officials that I am at a loss for words. 

I do not feel the American public, in general, is being represented by them.  I am saddened by how spineless the Democrats and Obama have been. 

I am disgusted by the hate, hypocriusy, greed and short-sightedness of the Republicans.

I know a few billionaires.  Not many, just a few.  And they think that their taxes should be raised.  The elderly and the children that rely on social services are going to go without and those who have more than they could ever need will get more.

This is depressing.
