Every year in Jackson County, Missouri there is a Secret Santa that seeks out the needy and gives them a little something, anonymously.
This year, he does the same, only with a twist. This year he has the Jackson County Sherriff delivering his gifts. The officers target those who look the neediest and surprise them with gifts from Secret Santa, bringing them to tears. Tears of joy, for a change.
