Open Letter To Eric Holder And DOJ Regarding Ferguson PD

Dear, Dear Eric Holder and the Department of Justice,

As you may recall, on August 9, 2014 an unarmed teenager named Michael Brown was shot and killed by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson.

Darren Wilson left Michael Brown in the street, bleeding, with his brains splattered about for four and a half hours.  No one even pretended to provide or call for medical assistance.

Darren Wilson went to his police fraternity, washed up, and THEN processed his own evidence–including the gun he used to kill Michael Brown and THEN reported the murder to Ferguson Police Department.

The District Attorney, Robert McCulloch, was supposed to prosecute the case but instead ended up acting as Darren Wilson’s defense attorney.  McCulloch KNOWINGLY dumped lies and misinformation in the laps of the Grand Jury–they were even instructed to follow a law that was struck down 38 years ago–and the case ended up with no indictment.

The FBI has shredded “Witness 40“, who as it turns out has a history of lying to police and juries.  So we know that know you that there was all sorts of foul play.

You, Eric Holder, promised that Ferguson Police Department and Darren Wilson would be investigated.  To date, I have not heard any progress on this.

I looked up your “accomplishments” and I don’t see ANY mention of Ferguson Police Department, Darren Wilson, or even Jay Nixon.  WHAT GIVES?  I really hope I’m wrong.  Please let me know if I am.

If anyone else wants to know you can contact Eric and his buddies here:
